Progressive Web App and Android End-User License Agreement
Software license, offline cache warnings, anti-scraping restrictions, and mandatory Google Play Store marketplace terms.
1. Limited software license
Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Service and this EULA, GrantsLookup Directory Services LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and run the GrantsLookup PWA and Android application on mobile phones, tablets, or computers that you own or control for your organization's internal grant research.
2. Restrictions on reverse engineering and database extraction
You shall not: (a) decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Android package (.apk/.aab) or service worker scripts except to the limited extent expressly permitted by mandatory statute; (b) bypass server-side authentication or membership gating controls; (c) systematically copy, mirror, or redistribute unlocked grant records; or (d) remove proprietary copyright, trademark, or legal disclaimer notices.
3. Offline PWA and Android caching notice
Our PWA and Android wrapper cache static layout shells, legal documents, and public blurbs so the interface opens reliably on poor cellular connections. Unlocked paid grant URLs and full member dossiers are never persisted in shared public browser caches after sign-out. Always connect to the internet and refresh a grant dossier before relying on any deadline or eligibility status.
4. Google Play Store supplemental terms
When you download the GrantsLookup Android app from Google Play: (a) this EULA is concluded strictly between you and GrantsLookup Directory Services LLC, not Google LLC; (b) GrantsLookup Directory Services LLC, and not Google, is solely responsible for the Android app and its directory content; (c) Google has no obligation to furnish maintenance, customer support, or warranty refunds beyond Google Play's standard store policies; and (d) you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. Treasury Specially Designated Nationals or Commerce Department restricted-party list.
