1. What happens when you request account deletion
In compliance with Google Play Store User Data policy, Nevada NRS 603A, and state consumer privacy laws, you can request permanent deletion of your GrantsLookup account either while signed in or by submitting your registered email address below without opening the app.
Data permanently deleted within 30 days: Your user account record, email address, password hash, active session tokens, and saved grant bookmarks.
Data retained strictly for statutory compliance: If you purchased a paid subscription, minimal transaction accounting records (invoice ID, date, amount, and tax state) held by our payment processor or isolated bookkeeping ledger are retained for up to seven (7) years as required by federal and state tax law. Remember to cancel any active Google Play subscription inside the Google Play Store app if you subscribed on Android.
2. Submit an account and data deletion request
Enter the email address tied to your GrantsLookup account. If you are currently signed in under that email address, your account, sessions, and saved bookmarks are purged immediately.
